Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Bummed that the bar/restaurant was closed for renovations though. Otherwise, the hotel was in a great location, clean rooms, comfy beds, overall good experience!

Summary: Enthralled by the iconic building and its historic details; superb location; and the winter view was gorgeous. On this wickedly cold stay the soft, plush robes and warm duvets were perfect match with the hot chocolate from room service.

Summary: Hotel was great, bedding was very comfortable. I have trouble sleeping in hotels where the bed is too firm or sheets are too stiff, they did a great job with comfort.

Summary: Beds are very comfortable and clean. Was given a room with a great view which was very much appreciated. However, the shower had a considerable amount of black mold. Not sure why you would have wallpaper in a bathroom with no ventilation. As someone who is allergic to mold this was a bit of a bummer. The rest of the hotel seemed in tip top condition and the staff were fantastic.
